Refund Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least seven (7) calendar days before the start date of your enrolled cohort.

Cancellations submitted fewer than seven days before the cohort start date are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy exists because cohort sizes are strictly limited to ten participants, and a late cancellation prevents us from offering that seat to another founder on the waitlist.

To submit a refund request, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Cohort Month]". Include:

• Your full name and the email address used at enrollment
• Your enrollment confirmation number
• The cohort date you enrolled in

We will acknowledge your request within two business days and confirm whether it falls within the eligible refund window.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at enrollment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. We do not charge any administrative or processing fee on refunds.

If you are unable to attend your enrolled cohort but wish to remain in the program, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort, subject to availability. Cohort transfers must be requested at least seven (7) days before your original cohort start date.

Transfer requests submitted within seven days of the start date will not be accommodated. A transferred enrollment cannot be subsequently refunded.

In the rare event that we cancel a cohort - due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control - all enrolled participants will receive a full refund within 5 business days, or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost.

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

• Enrollments cancelled fewer than seven days before the cohort start date
• Completed cohorts, regardless of attendance
• Access to session recordings or downloadable materials once delivered
• Transferred enrollments

Pricing, terms, and refund conditions for offline in-person cohorts will be published separately at the time of announcement. The terms on this page apply exclusively to online cohort enrollments.
